About this module

This workshop introduces entrepreneurs to practical free and low-cost digital tools that can immediately improve marketing, branding, content creation, customer communication, lead generation, and business organization. Participants will learn how to reduce costs while increasing efficiency using tools already available online.

The session focuses on tools relevant to early-stage Ontario businesses operating with limited budgets and limited staff capacity. The module demonstrates how to replace manual tasks with automation, improve professionalism, and save significant time across social media scheduling, graphic design, CRM, email marketing, AI-assisted content creation, analytics, and workflow management.

This module is designed as a practical companion to Marketing Modules 1A, 1B, and 1C — helping participants immediately act on what they've learned using the best free tools available.

Using ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other AI tools to write email copy, social captions, ad scripts, and blog content faster. Includes a prompt template library participants can take and use immediately.

How to choose the right combination of tools for your stage and business type, avoid tool overwhelm, and build a lean system that covers all modules 1A–1C. Participants leave with a personalized tech stack plan.
